Hearthstone Build Co. was founded in 2016 by two site managers who spent fifteen years watching the construction industry let homeowners down -- cost overruns, silence when problems arose, and an assumption that the client wouldn't understand the process.
We had seen too many homeowners receive a builder's quote, watch the price creep up by 40%, and end up with a build that dragged six months past the promised completion date. Not because they hired bad people, but because the industry had normalised vague quoting and poor communication.
We started Hearthstone because we believed the model was fixable. Fixed-price contracts, real timelines, and a project manager who calls you before you have to call them. Eight years and 280 projects later, 96% of our clients say they would recommend us -- and we have never had a final account that exceeded the quoted price without prior agreement.

Federation of Master Builders membership requires two site inspections, client references, and financial checks. TrustMark requires annual auditing. Our public liability insurance is renewed annually and available on request. Nothing here is marketing copy -- it is all verifiable.
